The city view in our room
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The persistent noise until 4 am made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Adding to the disappointment was the unwelcome encounter with a small cockroach in the bathroom. Throughout our stay, the noise in the hallway outside our room persisted, with a particularly unsettling incident of someone knocking on our door late at night. Additionally, the early morning disturbance from a child playing at 7 am did not contribute to a restful stay. While the proximity to the mall was a positive aspect, the location raised concerns. The presence of what seemed like questionable activities around the area, including encounters with individuals who may have been prostitutes, made me feel uneasy and unsafe when venturing outside. Overall, the combination of these issues overshadowed any positive aspects of the stay, and I would caution others considering this hotel.
